Job Summary

Tikal Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing warranty claims and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage warranty claims and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on the status of their claims
  • Review and process claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with vendors and service technicians to schedule and complete repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of claims and service requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Requirements and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required by the company)
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of warranty claims and service request processes
