Job Overview

As a Client Relationship Coordinator within the Commercial Lending Division, you will engage in managing designated portfolios, encompassing both new and ongoing client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and welcome clients
  • Facilitate the opening of depository accounts as necessary
  • Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and servicing of loans, including the procurement of supporting documentation from external service providers
  • Complete loan applications using lending software and aid in the creation of approval documents
  • Manage loan closings as required
  • Ensure the accuracy and readiness of all documents for closing
  • Disburse loans in accordance with the documentation provided in the loan package
  • Support clients with their banking needs, requests, or concerns
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
  • Provide administrative assistance to the department
  • Oversee all exception reports by informing clients, vendors, or lenders of required documentation
  • Possess knowledge of the bank's lending policies and departmental procedures
  • Assist in coordinating departmental events
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field or professional experience in the financial services industry
  • Understanding of basic lending principles and loan documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, tailored to the audience's needs
  • Capability to collaborate with all levels of management and staff
  • Exhibit strong active listening skills
  • Ability to maintain client satisfaction and foster positive client relationships
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
