Service Desk Coordinator Role
The Service Desk Coordinator is a professional with sales and service experience, possessing basic guest service communication skills. They must have basic computer software and telephone skills. The primary objective is to create an extraordinary experience for service guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests. They also act as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals, following all service desk systems to guide and support a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Act as a guest service mentor to Future Professionals, guiding them in providing excellent service
- Follow service desk systems to ensure a smooth guest service flow
- Utilize basic computer software and telephone skills to effectively communicate with guests
Requirements
- Previous sales experience and guest service skills
- Self-motivation to set, meet, and exceed goals
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
- Available to work full or part-time, including evenings
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
- Previous cash management and balancing cash drawers experience
- Inventory control and product management experience
- Experience in handling phone systems
