Job Summary:

Regional Cancer Care Associates is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients and visitors: You will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Registers and schedules appointments: You will be responsible for registering patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Answers and directs calls: You will be the primary point of contact for incoming calls, answering questions, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provides administrative support: You will provide general administrative support, including filing charts and forms, maintaining the lobby area, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Maintains confidentiality: You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of patient records and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Receptionist or office experience: Some experience in a receptionist or office setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Computer skills: You must be proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Adaptability and flexibility: You must be able to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility in your work.
