Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist I to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide physical therapy services to individuals and their families in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Physical Therapist License.
Working Conditions
- Regular contact with healthcare team members and patients.
- Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 100 lbs. and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day.
