About the Role

SoftwareONE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business from SME customers and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges
  • Develop and implement proactive renewal strategies tailored to each client's unique requirements
  • Lead negotiations to secure contract renewals and resolve customer concerns
  • Take a comprehensive approach to account management by maintaining a thorough understanding of each client's business landscape

Requirements:

  • Located in Nashville, TN (or willingness to relocate)
  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of tech sales experience
  • Interest in technology
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
