We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Nebraska. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resource needs of our employees and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR functions for the Lincoln facility, including policy guidance and event planning.
  • Ensure timely and professional support for employees' HR needs.
  • Collaborate with HR/Payroll staff to maintain consistency and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Oversee compliance reporting requirements and manage the intern program.
  • Lead recruiting and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain HRIS system and assist with office management tasks.
  • Support special projects and monthly reporting for the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent field.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience with knowledge of employment law and compliance guidelines.
  • Experience in developing staffing strategies and company policies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
