- Oversee Workers Compensation and Unemployment Claims.
- Assist with office management and administrative tasks.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, labor relations, and regulations.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present and facilitate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and creativity in response to evolving needs.
- Capability to work independently on a diverse range of projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with various levels within the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in benefits administration, performance management, policy enforcement, payroll, and workforce challenges is preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time and additional hours as needed to fulfill responsibilities.
