Key Responsibilities- Assist with the administration of our company well-being platform, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to provide well-being programs and services, including website promotions, monthly newsletters, and table events.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a minimum of two educational programs or events each quarter, focusing on employee engagement and well-being.
- Assist with monitoring new hire benefits enrollment and dependent verification process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support benefits communications, including monthly newsletter contributions and development of SharePoint site with information videos.
- Must be enrolled in a college-level degree program, with majors such as business, health promotion, wellness, pre-health exercise, or science/kinesiology.
- Able to commit to a full year of work, with part-time hours during the academic school year and full-time hours during the summer.
- Experience or interest in the employee benefits or health/wellness field, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
