Job Overview

The Human Resources Strategic Partner plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing a variety of initiatives across multiple Human Resource functions. Under the guidance of senior HR professionals, you will oversee and facilitate various elements of the organization’s compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, organizational development, and employee relations programs. This position requires a multifaceted approach, engaging in several areas of Human Resources while executing tasks similar to specialists in these domains.



Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate data points (e.g., employee sentiment) to inform impact analysis and develop actionable countermeasures.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in business decision-making and the implementation of effective strategies.
  • Assist in the refinement and development of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Communicate company-wide initiatives as necessary.
  • Foster an environment conducive to adult learning, incorporating classroom instruction to enhance the development of future leaders.
  • Act as a strategic partner with departments on business plan themes or initiatives that may affect associates.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on court hearings and depositions.
  • Manage projects and provide support as required.
  • Advise on and coordinate compliance with company policies for both Exempt and Non-Exempt associates, including exit interviews and leave of absence processes.
  • Assist Non-Exempt associates with policy management and address inquiries related to employee relations.
  • Oversee the associate movement process, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
  • 0-4 years of relevant experience, depending on educational background.
  • Proficient in Kronos, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and PeopleSoft.
  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Working Environment

  • Open-office layout.
  • Occasional travel (2-5 days annually) for training or special projects.
  • Potential travel between various locations.
  • 2-5 hours of overtime per week may be required.
