About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager at Impact Radius, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for delivering world-class support to our top clients. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a balanced proactive/reactive relationship with your assigned accounts, ensuring their success and growth through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional support to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to account management, regularly checking in with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
  • Providing training and product support to clients, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and feature requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional support to clients.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, with a focus on affiliate and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000-$95,000 base + 25% variable compensation plan (base + commission) for an OTE of $100,000-$118,750 per year.
