Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement and Strategic Sourcing team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving our global procurement process and supporting our company's scalability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end purchase requisition/RFx process, collaborating with business partners and legal teams to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Proactively strategize with business and technical owners to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations with new and existing suppliers, working closely with business partners and legal to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to create a competitive procurement environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, preferably in a high-growth technology/SaaS company.
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with software negotiations, analytics, strategy, planning, and managing sourcing activities.
  • Experience with RFx and procure-to-pay systems.
  • Project/program management experience.
