Position: Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at Publicis Media

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Vice President of Product Strategy to oversee our team dedicated to Media Mix Modelling solutions within the Publicis Operating System.

This role will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Product Strategy.

The position requires three days of in-office presence each week.

Strategic Vision:

  • Formulate and execute a holistic strategy for Media Mix Modelling that aligns with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Establish benchmarks for design excellence and innovation in Media Mix Modelling.
  • Develop and implement the product roadmap informed by market dynamics and customer insights.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Guide and mentor a diverse team of product managers and engineers globally.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the department.
  • Provide strategic guidance and opportunities for professional advancement to team members.

Research and Innovation:

  • Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in Media Mix Modelling.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to address their requirements.
  • Develop prototypes to validate concepts with clients.

Collaborative Engagement:

  • Work in partnership with Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing teams to synchronize and realize the product vision.
  • Update internal and external stakeholders on product developments and progress.

Industry Leadership:

  • Act as a representative of the company as a thought leader in the Media Mix Modelling sector.
  • Promote internal thought leadership by disseminating insights and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in product management, particularly in Media Mix Modelling and Strategic Planning.
  • Demonstrated success in global product strategy and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of Media Mix Modelling.
  • Experience in launching data-centric products in a B2B context.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commitment to innovation and ongoing improvement.
