Position Overview

The Senior Vice President of Inclusion Strategies will report directly to the Chief Diversity Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce diversity. This position is integral to our mission of integrating diversity into our core business practices, including recruitment, training, and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract and retain underrepresented talent.
  2. Analyze workforce demographics to identify opportunities for improvement and create actionable talent plans.
  3. Act as a key advisor to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), providing guidance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  4. Manage partnerships with external organizations to enhance our brand and create networking opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with the Talent Management team to design leadership development programs tailored for diverse talent.
  6. Support the ongoing initiatives related to race relations and cultural competency training.
  7. Work alongside the Office of Diversity & Inclusion to promote employee engagement and awareness programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles.
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop talent within the organization.
  • Strong negotiation and consultation skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
