Job Overview

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is currently in search of a Retail Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Compensation: $15 per hour plus Commission

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting furniture from our showroom, providing guidance throughout the buying journey.
• Facilitate financing options and oversee the sales process from initiation to delivery.
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction during the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in sales, especially within the furniture or retail sector.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in managing financial transactions and knowledgeable about financing alternatives.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate the showroom for extended durations.
• Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable operating in a lively retail atmosphere with occasional moderate noise levels.
