Since its inception in 1993, SRG has successfully developed and acquired assets exceeding $7 billion in both commercial and residential sectors.

The firm oversees a diverse portfolio encompassing approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space, along with 30,000 apartment units.


OPPORTUNITY:
PROPERTY LEASING SPECIALIST - SAN FRANCISCO, CA

HOURS REQUIRED:
MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9AM - 6PM

Sares Regis Group is in search of a seasoned sales and customer service expert for our stunning 414-unit community, South Beach Marina. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to advance their careers within the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts interviews with potential residents to gather information regarding their needs and qualifications, inputting data into the system.
  • Guides prospects through model apartments, discussing room sizes, layouts, available amenities such as swimming pools, proximity to shopping centers and freeways, services offered, and lease terms.
  • Evaluates prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and associated paperwork, updating records as necessary.
  • Completes lease agreements and collects rental deposits and application fees.
  • Familiarizes residents with apartment and property procedures.
  • Fosters positive and proactive resident relations, ensuring the living experience is of the highest quality from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales and customer service experience is essential.


A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Must possess excellent listening and communication abilities, with a capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

Availability to work weekends is required.

Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.

We provide a competitive benefits package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, renewal bonuses, and rental discounts based on location.

Regular full-time employees working between 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, along with vacation accrual.

Sick leave accrual is provided in accordance with applicable laws.
