Responsibilities

As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will represent our community, warmly welcoming potential residents and guiding them through the leasing journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with prospective residents and highlighting the distinctive features and amenities of our community.
  • Conducting comprehensive tours of available apartments and providing precise information regarding leasing terms.
  • Responding to inquiries through various channels, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Assessing potential residents' needs and matching them with the ideal living space.
  • Assisting in the preparation of leases, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure swift resolution of resident concerns.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to attract new residents and promote the community's offerings.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree or NALP certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant in the multi-family housing, hospitality, sales, or related industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Proven ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings.
