Position: Leasing Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM
We are seeking a skilled sales and customer service professional to oversee our vibrant 414-unit community. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to advance their careers within the property management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with prospective residents to gather information regarding their needs and qualifications.
- Input data into the system and accompany prospects to model apartments, discussing room sizes, available amenities, and lease terms.
- Qualify potential residents by verifying applications and lease documents, ensuring all records are updated accordingly.
- Facilitate the completion of lease agreements and collect necessary deposits and fees.
- Introduce new residents to property procedures and promote positive resident relations to enhance their living experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales and customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to various stakeholders.
- Proficient listening skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
Compensation: Salary range is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and rental discounts based on location. Regular full-time employees working 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, along with vacation and sick time accrual in accordance with legal requirements.
