Key Responsibilities:
  • Showcasing properties and their amenities attractively to potential tenants.
  • Managing incoming inquiries through various channels.
  • Responding to inquiries in person, via phone, and through email, which includes providing leasing details, scheduling appointments, and addressing maintenance requests.
  • Processing tenant applications efficiently.
  • Promoting available properties through diverse media and marketing materials.
  • Focusing on resident retention strategies.
  • Supporting the Property Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with the Atlantic Housing Foundation's standards.
  • Inputting data into the property management software.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations related to apartment leasing and management.

Additional Responsibilities:
Other tasks may be assigned as necessary to support the overall goals of the organization.
