Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales and customer service professional to oversee leasing operations at our distinguished 414-unit community. This role presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement within the property management sector.
Key Responsibilities
As a Leasing Manager, your duties will encompass:
- Conducting interviews with prospective residents to determine their needs and qualifications.
- Inputting data into the management system for record-keeping.
- Guiding prospects through model apartments while discussing room dimensions, available amenities, and lease terms.
- Verifying applications and lease documents to qualify potential residents.
- Completing lease agreements and collecting necessary deposits and fees.
- Introducing new residents to property procedures and fostering positive relationships.
- Ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents from initial contact through ongoing support.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of proven sales and customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or training is also acceptable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $28.00-$32.00 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts based on location. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, along with vacation and sick time accrual in accordance with applicable laws.
