- Leasing and Marketing: Actively market and lease vacant and upcoming apartments.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary leasing paperwork efficiently.
- Application Processing: Compile and process applications for approval.
- Lease Explanation: Clearly explain lease agreements and any relevant addenda to new residents.
- Property Walkthroughs: Conduct apartment walkthroughs and report required improvements.
- Resident Relations: Assist in maintaining positive resident relations.
- Financial Transactions: Accurately input all fees, deposits, and new lease information.
- Property Showings: Showcase apartments to prospective tenants.
- Notice Management: Accept and process "Notice to Vacate" forms.
- Payment Processing: Handle rental payments effectively.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
