Property Leasing Specialist Responsibilities

The Property Leasing Specialist role encompasses property maintenance, marketing to prospective tenants, and evaluating applicants. Key responsibilities include showcasing properties, addressing inquiries, processing applications, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. You will also assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the Property Manager as required.

  • Presenting properties and amenities to potential tenants
  • Handling inquiries through various communication channels
  • Managing leasing application processes
  • Promoting available properties through diverse platforms
  • Maintaining awareness of Fair Housing regulations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office
  • Prior leasing experience is advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is beneficial
