Sares Regis Group is in search of a skilled sales and customer service professional for our stunning 250-unit community, 1250 Lakeside. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to advance their careers in the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts interviews with potential residents and documents information to determine needs and qualifications. Inputs data into the system.
  • Guides prospects through model apartments, discussing room sizes, layouts, available amenities such as swimming pools, proximity to shopping centers and highways, services offered, and lease terms.
  • Evaluates prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and associated paperwork. Updates records as necessary.
  • Completes lease agreements and collects rental deposits and application fees.
  • Familiarizes residents with apartment/property procedures.
  • Fosters positive, proactive resident relations, striving to ensure that the living experience is of the highest quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven sales and customer service experience is essential.


A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Must possess strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Availability to work weekends is required.

Salary range is $22.00-$23.50/hour.

We provide a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, renewal bonuses, and rental discounts based on location.

Regular full-time employees working between 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, as well as vacation accrual.

Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with applicable laws.
