Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life of a Property Leasing Specialist:
As a Property Leasing Specialist at Liberty Military Housing, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's sales objectives.
Your responsibilities will include utilizing our customer management system to maintain consistent communication with prospective residents, engaging with new applicants, assisting customers through various communication channels, generating reports for site and regional managers, creating marketing materials, auditing lease documentation, and updating our website.
Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide prospective residents with information regarding the housing process.
Answer phone calls, return missed calls, check voicemail, and follow up with prospects.
Ensure all lease documentation is completed and entered into the system, auditing leases.
Address and manage resident complaints and service issues, coordinating with the appropriate staff to resolve concerns.
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with team members, prospects, and residents.
Oversee the lifecycle of residents and generate reports to audit the program.
Reach out to all new applicants.
Create marketing materials using the designated program.
Update our website with pricing and special offers, collaborating with site staff on necessary changes.
Post marketing advertisements and engage with leads through follow-up.
Qualifications:
What You Need for Success:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external customers.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office – Word, Excel).
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exemplary customer service.
Strong time management and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
Ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
