Job Overview
The Property Leasing Specialist serves as the sales representative for the community, engaging with both prospective and current residents on behalf of FPI Management, Inc. This role involves assisting individuals in touring the property, providing precise information regarding available apartment homes, processing rental applications accurately, securing lease agreements from qualified applicants, and facilitating lease renewals as necessary.

Responsibilities
The Property Leasing Specialist is expected to perform all duties in compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies, while supporting the overarching goal of fulfilling client expectations based on the established financial operating budget and management agreement.

Key Duties

  • Client Relations: Uphold the philosophies and objectives of the Owner in daily operations to ensure that FPI meets client goals.
  • Communication: Maintain professional and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while representing FPI.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Strive to maintain occupancy levels as per owner and budget expectations, utilizing professional leasing techniques.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Ensure resident files are maintained accurately and confidentially, in line with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Risk Management: Adhere to Risk Management protocols by following FPI Standard Operating Procedures and reporting any incidents promptly.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents in reporting maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
  • Other Duties: Enforce community rules and regulations consistently, comply with Fair Housing Laws, and maintain a professional image in all interactions.

• Pay: $21 / Hour

All candidates must meet training requirements for the position and perform any additional functions as directed by the supervisor, including assistance with special projects.
