Job Overview

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales team by managing the distribution of point of sale (POS) materials, orchestrating special events, and ensuring optimal draught services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the reception and distribution of all POS materials, maintaining clear communication with District Managers.
  • Manage the Neon Repair Program to ensure equipment is functioning effectively.
  • Keep the POS and draught room organized and well-maintained.
  • Address emergency draught issues and maintain draught equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for special events.
  • Assist in the execution of special events and handle emergency deliveries as needed.
  • Procure necessary supplies, including Generic POS materials, draught components, cups, and other miscellaneous items for all merchandisers.
  • Fulfill all training requirements established by Quality Beverage.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Education and Experience

  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • College experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • This position may involve physical exertion, including lifting objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Work may require alternating between standing and sitting based on the tasks at hand.
  • Moderate concentration is necessary to effectively manage a variety of tasks with some complexity.
