Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell Xfinity products and services, including video, high-speed internet, voice, and home security solutions.

This position emphasizes individual sales to single-family homes as well as engaging with property management for sales to multiple dwelling units.

Utilizing extensive knowledge of Xfinity's offerings and sales processes, you will maximize sales potential within your designated territory.

Core Responsibilities
  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of Xfinity products, actively promoting and selling services to individual customers through door-to-door engagement within your assigned area.
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive knowledge regarding features, benefits, pricing, and promotional campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice, and home security services.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to build rapport, assess their current and future product needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Enhance customer understanding of Xfinity's offerings and pricing structures, highlighting competitive advantages over other service providers.
  • Independently create and implement turf management strategies, utilizing experience-based sales techniques to operate autonomously.
  • Demonstrate confidence in sales abilities and possess strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the local market, organizing daily sales activities effectively.
  • Generate leads through established methods and apply effective closing techniques to meet installation goals.
  • Show a consistent track record of success in residential sales, particularly in business-to-consumer environments.
  • Display comprehensive understanding of video, high-speed internet, voice, and home security solutions.
  • Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, along with technical proficiency in relevant systems.

Physical requirements include the ability to travel door-to-door over considerable distances in various weather conditions.

Maintain any necessary credentials or licenses required for selling and designing alarm systems as mandated by law.

Compensation and Benefits

The total target compensation for this role includes a base salary and potential commissions, with the opportunity for significant earnings based on performance.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
