Our client has been a prominent player in the recycling industry for over two decades. As a family-owned and operated business, they pride themselves on fostering a close-knit work environment. They are seeking a dedicated sales representative to support their expanding operations throughout New England.
Position Overview:
- The Sales Account Executive will focus on engaging industrial clients in sectors such as manufacturing, municipalities, construction, and salvage to procure surplus materials and scrap metal for recycling.
- This role involves identifying and targeting potential customers through various methods, including referrals, networking, and proactive outreach, while also managing incoming leads.
- The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing and purchasing agreements, and coordinating logistics, inspections, and addressing any quality or environmental concerns.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Proven ability to engage with potential clients and tailor sales strategies to build trust and secure business.
- A positive, energetic, and sociable demeanor with the capability to work autonomously.
Location: This is an inside sales position, and candidates should be located in the Greater Taunton/New Bedford, MA Areas, with a willingness to meet clients in person and visit recycling facilities as needed.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Total Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
