Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in elevating member awareness regarding Credit Union offerings. This position involves generating analytical reports, providing insights to management, and contributing to the formulation of marketing strategies. Responsibilities also include conducting market analysis, aiding in the creation and dissemination of marketing collateral, and supporting the development of advertising materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, assess, and track marketing performance reports to identify significant metrics and trends that guide strategic planning. Offer data-driven insights to management to refine marketing initiatives, enhance campaign outcomes, and evaluate the success of campaigns by analyzing trends and data related to current and prospective members.
  • Develop and schedule captivating content for the Credit Union's social media platforms while monitoring engagement levels. Address comments and inquiries from members.
  • Enhance brand perception across all media channels, ensuring uniformity in messaging and branding.
  • Create, design, and execute marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives for the Credit Union.
  • Organize, coordinate, and participate in community events, representing the Credit Union and actively engaging with members and potential members as part of the outreach team.
  • Revise and distribute marketing materials in collaboration with branch personnel, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Provide additional administrative assistance to the Marketing Department as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required. An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar field.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and working under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is advantageous.
