Position Overview
The Xfinity Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling a range of Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. This role emphasizes both individual sales to single-family units and engaging with multiple dwelling units through strategic partnerships with property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit advanced knowledge of Comcast offerings, effectively promoting and selling to individual customers within the designated territory.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive products, pricing, and promotional campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, assessing their current and potential product needs to provide tailored recommendations.
- Enhance customer awareness of Comcast products and pricing structures, highlighting competitive advantages over other service providers.
- Independently create and implement turf management strategies, utilizing experience-based sales techniques.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage in effective lead generation and closing techniques to achieve product installation goals.
- Showcase a proven track record in residential sales, particularly in a business-to-consumer environment.
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, along with technical proficiency in relevant systems.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including traveling door-to-door in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
Compensation
Base Pay: $34,360.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $78,360.00
