- Conduct ride-alongs and team selling sessions as necessary to foster collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with retail call frequency requirements.
- Establish and uphold quality control standards regarding product freshness and loss management.
- Formulate and implement key sales objectives as directed.
- Develop, execute, and monitor Key Performance Indicators relevant to the Sales Department.
- Adhere to all legal guidelines and company policies while managing retailer inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee budget management for your assigned area.
- Engage with chain buyers to create and execute retail chain initiatives.
- Participate in product samplings to enhance brand visibility and encourage consumer trials.

Education and Experience:
- Valid Driver's License with proof of no-fault insurance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Three to five years of direct sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Occasional physical exertion, including lifting objects weighing between 25 and 40 pounds, with occasional lifting of items up to 165 pounds.
- Frequent standing or walking throughout the workday.
- Considerable mental concentration required to effectively execute complex tasks.
- Travel required, with exposure to various weather conditions while visiting clients and vendors.
- Potential risks associated with over-the-road travel, including traffic incidents and product delivery.
