Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and services for our residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement industry best practices to drive quality outcomes and services.
    • Maintain a positive cultural environment that aligns with our organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Communication and Community Relations
    • Maintain effective communication with all individuals, including residents, families, staff, and external partners.
    • Promote a positive image of the entity in the community, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Fundraising and Development
    • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the campus's growth and development.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the operational budget and financial performance, promoting lean management principles.
  • Staff Development and Empowerment
    • Empower, guide, mentor, and direct staff to align with our organization's strategic plan.
  • Physical Plant and Grounds
    • Ensure the physical plant and grounds remain in good repair and are adequately maintained.
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, participating in their development and revision as needed.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Participate in both strategic and operational planning processes, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission and vision.
Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited college or university with a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in health or business administration.
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, or able to be licensed, with current knowledge of the senior living industry and regulatory agencies.
  • Eight to nine years of leadership experience in a retirement community setting, preferred.
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals.
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
