Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Two years previous building maintenance experience
  • Two years supervisory experience
  • Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies
