Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent costly repairs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to work on call for evening and weekend emergencies
