Position Overview:

As the Senior Branch Services Representative, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of our retail branch. You will collaborate closely with the Retail Operations and Experience teams to ensure a smooth member experience and meet our sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of departmental business strategies.
  • Assist in managing budgets and fostering staff development.
  • Ensure sales goals are achieved and provide guidance to team members.
  • Monitor adherence to regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee daily branch operations and address any challenges promptly.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and oversee financial instruments.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Lead the team towards achieving operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor's degree in business with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a contact center or branch environment.
  • Strong understanding of consumer lending and banking operations.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
