Position Overview:

As a Senior Branch Services Representative, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of our retail branch. Collaborating closely with the Retail Operations and Experience teams, you will ensure a seamless experience for our members while achieving our sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of departmental business strategies.
  • Assist in managing budgets and fostering staff growth.
  • Ensure achievement of sales goals and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Oversee compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage daily branch operations and address any challenges promptly.
  • Supervise third-party vendors and oversee financial products.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Lead the team towards operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor's degree in business with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a contact center or branch environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer lending and banking operations.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
