Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide a welcoming atmosphere in our stores.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Greet customers warmly as they enter and exit the store.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, collaborating well with both customers and team members.
  • Ensure all customer calls are handled promptly and courteously.
  • Direct unresolved customer complaints to management.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of products and store layout to assist customers efficiently.
  • Deliver personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Store Management:

  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and safe working environment.
  • Assist with the receipt, organization, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Help maintain appropriate back stock levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and stock areas.
  • Support merchandise resets and promotional displays throughout the store.
  • Assist Department Specialists with pricing updates and special orders.
  • Ensure all signage is current and accurate.
  • Operate equipment safely and effectively, following proper training.
  • Communicate any operational issues to management for resolution.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and discussions.
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct, ready to work at scheduled times.

Essential Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

  • A strong background in customer service and leadership.
  • Experience in hardware retail is beneficial, but we are willing to train the right individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
