Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Catering Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that all catering functions are executed seamlessly and with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of catering staff to guarantee timely delivery, service, and cleanup of all events.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to finalize setup arrangements and address any last-minute changes or issues that may arise.
  • Staff Management: Provide clear instructions to team members regarding their roles and expectations during catered events.
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve food at events, ensuring adherence to presentation and temperature standards.
  • Logistics: Assemble and deliver food and supplies to designated locations, maintaining proper sanitation and orderliness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all food preparation meets approved recipes and production standards, following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as required by law.
  • A valid driver's license may be necessary for this position.
