- Promote the bank’s products and services actively.

- Identify client needs through effective questioning and recommend suitable products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Encourage clients to utilize automated banking products and services.
- Utilize the bank's systems to stay updated on policies and procedures.
General Duties:
- Assist the commercial banking team with various branch functions and reporting as needed.
- Provide prioritized services to clients requiring special attention.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of two years in branch operations and supervisory roles, ideally within a commercial banking context.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and regulations.
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
