Branch Management Duties

  1. Oversee branch operations and fulfill supervisory responsibilities in alignment with established policies and regulatory standards.
  2. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

  4. Review prior day’s transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Guide, train, and mentor branch personnel to enhance team performance.
  6. Support the sales and onboarding processes for consumer and small business accounts.
  7. Engage proactively with clients to manage their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  8. Participate in community outreach and related activities.
  9. Promote the bank’s products and services actively.
  10. Welcome clients professionally, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  11. Identify client needs through effective questioning and recommend suitable products and services.
  12. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  13. Encourage clients to utilize automated banking products and services.
  14. Utilize the bank's systems to stay updated on policies and procedures.

General Duties:

  1. Assist the commercial banking team with various branch functions and reporting as needed.
  2. Provide prioritized services to clients requiring special attention.
  3. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. A minimum of two years in branch operations and supervisory roles, ideally within a commercial banking context.
  4. Familiarity with banking procedures and regulations.

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
