As an Assistant Manager of Business Center Operations within PNC's Retail Banking division, you will play a crucial role in our branch operations.

Compensation Transparency
Base Salary: $48,100 – $82,550
Compensation may vary based on location, market trends, and individual qualifications.

This position is eligible for performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational integrity of the branch, ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards. Manage the service and operational functions of the branch while cultivating a high-performing team through effective recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development.
  • Influence a diverse range of partners in a multi-channel environment. Manage and enhance the client experience by providing tailored solutions and advice to improve financial well-being.
  • Promote a positive work atmosphere that drives exceptional service and fosters profitable customer relationships. Increase branch revenue through strategic customer acquisition and wallet share growth.
  • Enhance employee engagement by attracting and retaining talent through comprehensive training and development programs. Guide employees to meet performance expectations and lead the performance management process.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management processes by monitoring compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Provide training and oversight to team members regarding operational and risk-related activities.
