Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, and ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Daily Operations: Direct the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations.
  • Manage Team: Manage a team of employees, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve operational objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses, to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant is maintained in a clean, safe, and healthy environment, including performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers, including monitoring food quality, safety, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous management experience in a quick service restaurant environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and other relevant certifications required.
