Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all general mechanical duties.
  • Assist in the fabrication of truck upfits, including automotive wiring, hydraulic systems, and installation of truck equipment.
  • Lead and manage a team of 7-10 mechanics in a dynamic and fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Promote and uphold safe working practices.
  • Ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively by providing clear direction, assigning tasks, and supporting the execution of the shop schedule.
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting for upfits.
  • Utilize MRP/ERP systems proficiently.
