Gateway Rehab is a specialized inpatient rehabilitation facility dedicated to assisting individuals in their recovery journey from various injuries and illnesses.

Our mission is to support patients in regaining their physical and cognitive capabilities, enabling them to return home with maximum independence.

As a smaller institution, we provide a dynamic and welcoming work atmosphere where you can develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families.


Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Educating and problem-solving with referral sources.
  • Securing referrals and conducting assessments.
  • Participating in the strategic planning and execution of departmental objectives.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with assigned accounts and collaborating with team members.

Frequent travel during the day and occasional overnight trips will be necessary.


As a vital source of market insights, you will facilitate communication between the community, referral sources, and physicians, representing Vibra Healthcare in a professional manner.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Active and valid license as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Worker in the relevant state.
  • Recent experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home health settings.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel using various transportation methods.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in clinical screening.
  • Marketing or sales expertise.
  • Familiarity with the local medical community.
  • Strong communication skills with medical staff, patients, and families.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach.
  • Ability to perform clinical assessments accurately and within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and report generation.
  • Commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Professional demeanor and understanding of regulatory standards.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
