Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients
  • Confirm patient details, gather health history, and accurately document medical information
  • Prepare patients for examination, measure and record vital signs
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Inform patients about health management and preventive care
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Correctly order laboratory tests and conduct allergy assessments
  • Administer allergy injections and perform skin testing
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in nursing or related healthcare fields
  • Proficient with medical software and equipment
  • Able to build rapport with patients
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

**Additional Clinical Duties:** Maintain treatment areas, accurately manage refills and prescriptions, triage incoming calls, communicate treatment plans to patients, oversee medication authorizations, and assist with scheduling tests and appointments.

**Essential Requirements:** Proficiency in EMR, flexible scheduling, punctuality, strong organizational skills, effective time management, teamwork, and professionalism.
