We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Senior Community Care of Northern KY-PACE. As a key member of our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans for residents
- Collaborate with the Director of Dietary to coordinate menu planning, food preparation, and nutrition counseling
- Represent the department at committee meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Dietary or Executive Director
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Numerical ability to calculate diet patterns, tube feeds, and nutritional requirements
- Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for documentation and timekeeping
- Minimum of one year clinical nutrition experience in a geriatric healthcare setting
