We are on the lookout for a driven Sales Account Executive to spearhead new business initiatives within a designated territory. This role emphasizes the sale of fluid power components across various industrial sectors, including marine and military applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with your District Sales Manager to formulate a strategic sales plan aimed at identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Engage in full-cycle prospecting, which includes lead qualification, cold outreach, and delivering sales presentations
  • Regularly consult with your Sales Supervisor to assess weekly sales activities, track progress towards goals, and evaluate the status of potential clients
  • Work alongside experienced customer service and technical support teams to help achieve and surpass your sales targets
Commitment Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the market landscape within your territory to effectively generate and pursue new business
  • Effective use of tools and resources for time and territory management
  • Consistent cadence and accountability through weekly reviews with the sales manager
  • Focus on expanding while nurturing existing client relationships
Qualifications for Success:
  • Minimum of a 2-year Technical, Industrial, or Business degree, or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience
  • At least 2 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in selling hydraulic and/or pneumatic components within the industrial sector
  • Proven experience in value-added sales approaches
  • Strong ability to establish and cultivate business relationships
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
