Sales Account Executive for Industrial Solutions

We are on the lookout for a driven Sales Account Executive to spearhead new business initiatives within a designated territory. This role emphasizes the sale of fluid power components across various industrial sectors, including marine and military applications.

- Collaborate with your District Sales Manager to formulate a strategic sales plan aimed at identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Engage in full-cycle prospecting, which includes lead qualification, cold outreach, and delivering sales presentations
- Regularly consult with your Sales Supervisor to assess weekly sales activities, track progress towards goals, and evaluate the status of potential clients
- Work alongside experienced customer service and technical support teams to help achieve and surpass your sales targets
- Deep understanding of the market landscape within your territory to effectively generate and pursue new business
- Effective use of tools and resources for time and territory management
- Consistent cadence and accountability through weekly reviews with the sales manager
- Focus on expanding while nurturing existing client relationships
- Minimum of a 2-year Technical, Industrial, or Business degree, or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience
- At least 2 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in selling hydraulic and/or pneumatic components within the industrial sector
- Proven experience in value-added sales approaches
- Strong ability to establish and cultivate business relationships
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives
- Possession of a valid driver's license
