We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client's growing team in the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Perform month-end closing procedures, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Accounting Operations: Process accounts payable invoices, maintain supplier contact, and perform AP disbursements.
- Cash Management: Manage cash application, process customer invoices and credit memos, and maintain customer contact to collect outstanding payments.
- Tax Compliance: Manage and report sales and use tax and tax audit requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, understanding and application of accounting principles and practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
