Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement and Development Coach to join our team at Ryan Herco Flow Solutions. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Development: Design and implement sales processes and strategies to align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Sales Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's skills, knowledge, and effectiveness.
  • Sales Tools Administration: Manage and support the implementation of sales tools and technologies to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Sales Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, technical, and sales training departments.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on sales performance, training effectiveness, and sales initiatives. Generate reports and provide insights to sales leadership on key metrics, trends, and areas of improvement.
  • Sales Coaching and Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help improve their sales skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred (marketing/business or technical); 2-year technical degree minimum.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of creating and implementing sales processes and strategies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage a sales group to achieve their sales goals; proficient in MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; must be able to influence and persuade.
  • Travel: Up to 50% travel required.
