Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

  • Lead diverse programmatic sales initiatives from inception to successful execution.
  • Establish a structured framework for our various activation strategies.
  • Craft comprehensive project execution plans, overseeing all processes including progress tracking, metrics, and change control.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders impacted by the program, including partners and business sponsors.
  • Ensure alignment with the Global Sales Play Structure and the overarching global operational model.
  • Generate status reports to support discussions at both Workgroup and Sponsor levels.
  • Implement best practices throughout project phases, promoting measurable outcomes and benefit tracking.
  • Review and validate Sales Play materials such as Pitch Decks, Customer Stories, Demos, and Target Account Lists.
  • Be accountable for planning and monitoring program milestones and deliverables, while managing associated risks and issues.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve the desired outcomes of the program.
  • Act as the representative voice for Global Sales Play within the Geography, closely collaborating with Sales Operations and Go To Market teams.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 6-8 years of direct project management experience in Sales Plays, Sales Activation Programs, or Sales Enablement.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects within enterprise environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of business and sales processes, as well as the behaviors of Sales personas.
  • Experience in leading executive-level meetings and discussions.
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills.
  • A history of guiding teams to overcome challenges and providing effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in crisis management within project contexts.
  • The ability to connect efforts across teams to minimize redundancy.
