Role Overview:

As a key contributor in this position, you will:

  • Manage the execution of sales initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish a systematic approach for our various sales activation strategies.
  • Formulate a comprehensive project execution strategy, overseeing all aspects including progress tracking, metrics, and change management.
  • Facilitate communication across all stakeholders involved in the program, including partners and business sponsors.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Global Sales Play framework and the overarching operational model.
  • Generate status reports to inform project discussions at various levels.
  • Implement best practices throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, while promoting effective outcomes and benefit assessment.
  • Review and validate sales materials such as pitch decks, customer success stories, demonstrations, and targeted account lists.
  • Be accountable for tracking project milestones and deliverables, while managing risks and challenges.
  • Ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration to achieve desired program results.
  • Act as the representative voice for Global Sales Plays within the designated regions, aligning closely with Sales Operations and market strategies.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant project management experience in sales initiatives or sales enablement.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale projects within enterprise settings.
  • A strong understanding of business and sales processes, along with insights into the behaviors of sales professionals.
  • Experience in leading discussions with senior management.
  • Exceptional time management and communication capabilities.
  • A track record of guiding teams and providing effective solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Experience in navigating project crises successfully.
  • The ability to connect efforts across teams to prevent redundancy.
